In early 2020 I finally decide to start sharing my art with the world. At that time I was recovering from a broken foot and covid with only my pc and a audiobook of Hyperion to keep me company through the boring days. I began doing very loose line works in photoshop, experimenting with color possibilities against digital photography, blend modes, desaturations etc. and the results were very satisfying especially my works with color which I always had difficulty with. I knew making art with a computer would be a uphill battle but I always love a challenge when it comes to art. The NFT nonsense was also going on at that time and that really motivated me in showing people that great digital art is possible and its not just a scheme to make money. The Immortal series was born out of all those frustrations and explorations. Artistically it was a very exciting time for me, lots of growth and I'm very happy I could capture it. I hope it stands as an inspiration for decades to come.
